How to access old Tickets and how long will they be accessible?

We plan to keep the old support system running for another year, so you can access the old tickets, though it will be read-only. All new tickets will be from this new Support Desk.

The old tickets shall be accessible on the previous URLs you used to access those on as following:

http://support.energizedhosting.com/
